Billy Riggs
Billy Riggs has a unique superpower: using comedy and magic to psychologically motivate audiences around the world. Billy has been speaking publicly for more than forty years and privately since the age of 2. Through his entertaining and captivating presentation, Billy improves attitudes, turbocharges sales and inspires exceptional service.
Billy is the author of five books, the latest of which is entitled The Magic Touch: Positively Extraordinary Customer Service. Through television, radio, books, videos, and live keynote speeches Billy uses his quick wit and quicker hands to spread laughter and raise morale as listeners learn to reshape their destinies by eliminating their “Grand Illusions” and embracing even grander realities. Currently more than a million people on five continents have benefited from his work.
He resides in Austin, Texas. He holds two Masters Degrees and is one of only 600 speakers awarded the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional designation. Billy is also a world-class illusionist who has been featured on cruise ships, at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Caesar’s in Lake Tahoe, and the Tropicana in Atlantic City.

Bob Dorsa
Being a superhero requires a lifelong commitment. Bob Dorsa, president of the American Credit Union Mortgage Association (ACUMA), has given more than 40 years of his life to the Credit Union industry. On his retirement tour, Bob will make his final appearance in Wichita to share his years of knowledge and experience with the MMS annual meeting participants.
From 1985 until 2005, Bob assisted and consulted with dozens of CUSOs from their formation to viability business entities, including Members Mortgage Services. In 1996, he co-founded ACUMA, a unique niche trade association whose sole focus is Credit Union residential mortgage lending and related real estate issues.
Bob truly believes real estate lending is the single most important issue facing Credit Unions and will be the determining factor as to the survival of the entire Credit Union system. Decades of experience validate that real estate lending opens many doors to other account relationships with consumers and younger members critical.
Bob is a qualified speaker and blogger on the topic of Credit Union mortgage lending. He has authored numerous articles and opinion editorials, and is a frequent contributor to trade publications and journals.
